Ivanna HomeCare ("we," "our," "us") operates ivannahomecare.com and the related forms on this site. This policy explains what information we collect from you, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have about it.
Information we collect
When you use one of the forms on this site we collect:
- Identifiers — name, phone, email, and the county where care is needed.
- Care-context details — what kind of care you're asking about, payment path, service date, and free-text messages you choose to share.
- For caregiver applicants only — employment history fields, references, and the documents you upload (résumé, license or certificate, BLS certification, TB screening result, driver's license). We do not collect Social Security numbers or background-check data through this site.
- Technical — your IP address, used briefly for spam and abuse protection.
We do not collect protected health information (PHI) through this site. Diagnoses, treatment records, and other clinical data are handled separately under our care-services agreements, not via these forms.
How we use your information
- To reach out about your care request or message — typically within one business day.
- To review caregiver applications and the documents required for the role.
- To send you a brief automated acknowledgment that your form was received.
- For basic site security — preventing spam and abuse on the public forms.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or marketing platforms.
How long we keep your information
We retain personal data only as long as we need it to do what you reached out for. After that, an automated daily process deletes it.

If we hire you as a caregiver, your employment record and any documents we are legally required to keep (W-9, I-9, license verifications) are retained under our employment-record policy, not this one.
Where the data lives
The information you submit is processed by Cloudflare on our behalf — submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1 (a SQL database), uploaded documents in Cloudflare R2 (object storage), and emails in Cloudflare Email Service. Cloudflare's infrastructure is GDPR- and CCPA-compliant. We do not transfer your data to any other third-party processor.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your information ahead of the automatic 90-day window.
- Stop sending you any further communication.

Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page tells you when. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for at least 30 days.
